We offer a state of the art, private fitness center, located in Downtown Fredericksburg, VA.

Garrett Green, owner, personal trainer B.S., NASM, founded Green Fitness in 2008 on Caroline St. In the past 10 years it has grown from one personal trainer to over 5 personal trainers, 2 chiropractors, 2 massage therapist, and many different fitness coaches.

We offer a one stop shop, right next to the train station in the Historic Purina Building. From the outside you’ll see a giant red box, inside you’ll see an entirely renovated historic building with the original hardwood floors and state of the art equipment.
